Douglas Aragones is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in electronic trading and business development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Citadel Execution Services since October 2020, Douglas has a strong track record in enhancing revenue streams, particularly in collaboration with hedge funds during tenure as Director of Electronic Trading at UBS from March 2016 to October 2020. Prior to that role, Douglas contributed to NASDAQ's Corporate Solutions and Access Services from August 2011 to March 2016. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stony Brook University.

Jeanine Hightower-Sellitto is Senior Vice President, GM DraftKings Predictions, a role she assumed in July 2025. Previously, she served as the Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer of EDX Markets.  From 2020-2022, Jeanine was the CEO of Atomyze LLC, which was a tokenization platform and marketplace for physical commodities. From 2018-2020 Jeanine served as the Managing Director of Operations at Gemini Trust Company, LLC, which operates a digital asset exchange and offers custodial services. From 2004-2017, Jeanine held several leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer, at the International Securities Exchange (ISE), a NASDAQ subsidiary that operates three securities exchanges. Jeanine started her career in 1998 as a Financial Analyst in the Technology Investment Banking group of Wachovia Securities.  Jeanine serves on the Board of Digital Prime Technologies and serves on the Advisory Board of the Global Digital Asset & Cryptocurrency Association (GDCA). Jeanine was named to the TABB Forum Top 40 Financial Market Innovators List in 2022 and Entrepreneur Magazine’s 100 Powerful Women list of 2020. She is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in Economics and Biology.

Jeff Mendl

Jeff Mendl is responsible for broker-dealer sales and new business development related to Trading Services, OTC Link ATS, OTC Link ECN as well as the launch of firms OTC Overnight and Moon ATS trading in NMS securities. Jeff has extensive experience in the equities markets and trading applications, leveraging his prior role at Delaware Board of Trade (DBOT) where he oversaw strategy and business development including new account sales & client on-boarding.  Prior to DBOT, Jeff held numerous positions within the financial services industry, including key client management roles at the National Stock Exchange and Clearpool Execution Services. Elected in 2018, Jeff currently serves on the Executive Board for the Securities Trader Association of New York (STANY) and the STA National Board of Governors.

Jeff earned his B.S. in Economics from Syracuse University and holds the following Series 7, 24, 63 licenses.

David Olsson

David Olsson is the Chief Commercial Officer at EDX Markets, a digital asset exchange, where he is charge of the business expansion efforts of the company. EDX Markets was founded by a consortium of blue chip financial services companies including Fidelity, Charles Schwab, Citadel and Virtu.

David started his career in proprietary trading at a hedge fund, and went on to manage structured financing and structured products initiatives at banks and financial institutions. He has launched several lines of business including an innovative managed account platform for fund-linked derivatives that raised in excess of $1 billion in AUM at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He later ran an Equity Derivatives desk at Credit Suisse, and spearheaded UHNW sophisticated private client coverage. As the Global Head of Institutional Sales at Kraken, he managed the introduction of new products and services to their institutional and UHNW clients. He was the Global Head of Distribution at BlockFi prior to his role at Kraken.

David is excited to bring the rigour of traditional finance to digital assets and introduce best-in-class solutions to discerning Institutional and UHNW clients who are looking to deepen their exposure to crypto or make their first transaction. He is a graduate of Duke University (BA, Philosophy) and holds an MBA from Columbia University.

Henry Schwartz

Henry Schwartz is Vice President of Market Intelligence at Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (Cboe). He is a seasoned trader, innovator and derivatives industry thought leader. He joined Cboe following its acquisition of Trade Alert, a market data company he founded after 15 years in the industry.

In his role, Mr. Schwartz analyzes trends, uncovers opportunities, and delivers data-driven insights to banks, market makers, brokers, and proprietary trading firms. With a deep expertise in both internal and public market data, he identifies trading patterns and market shifts, shaping strategic decision-making. A sought-after speaker at global industry conferences, he frequently presents on market dynamics, trading strategies, and quantitative analysis, while also engaging with financial media and thought leadership events.

Mr. Schwartz began his career on the Cboe trading floor in the 1990s as a runner, quickly advancing to market-making roles in New York, Frankfurt, and Paris. He later led index trading desks at Salomon Brothers and Bear Stearns before spearheading the launch of Bank of America’s electronic market-making business during the rise of market automation in the late 1990s. In 2005, Mr. Schwartz founded Trade Alert, a pioneer in real-time tools for analyzing options market activity, which gained widespread adoption and led to its successful acquisition by Cboe.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC San Diego and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He remains deeply committed to fostering innovation through partnerships with the academic and financial communities.
