STANY Event Registration & Refund Policy

All event registrations are considered final. However, STANY understands that plans can change and will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be granted, at STANY's sole discretion, only when the event's minimum attendance or financial commitments have been met and the cancellation does not result in any additional cost or financial obligation to STANY. In particular, refunds will generally not be available once STANY has made nonrefundable commitments to a venue or other event providers.

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing prior to the event. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations received after the event.

Substitutions are generally permitted at no additional charge, provided STANY is notified in advance and the substitute meets any applicable registration requirements.

If STANY cancels an event, registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.

STANY reserves the right to make all refund determinations based on the circumstances of the event and its financial commitments.
