The EL Committee actively curates and organizes a variety of events throughout the year, including panel discussions, networking receptions, mentorship opportunities, and signature events like the Annual Emerging Leaders Ski Trip and Summer Bash. These events bring together industry veterans and rising talent, offering valuable insights, career guidance, and meaningful connections that help young professionals navigate and succeed in financial services.
